しんじょうてき【心情的】

●心情的には賛成[反対]である agree [disagree] on an emotional [a gut, a sentimental] level.

●彼らに対して心情的な共感を抱かざるをえない. I cannot help but feel some sympathy for them in my heart.

・社会の秩序を乱すという点では彼らを支持することはできないが, 心情的には彼らの行為の動機を理解できる. Although from the standpoint of preserving public order I cannot support them, emotionally I understand their motives.
